I was driving to my girls house today and when i stoped in the drive way i had alot of smoke coming from under the hood, it was white and smelled of coolent atleast to me. when i opened the hood the smoke was coming from where the intake gaskets where or from my egr. im not sure if thats the problem but thats where smoke look to be coming from. if you have any advice or ideas of what is going on please reply or email me at evannelson3@gmail.com.

i have a 98' monte carlo LS 3.1-liter V6

 

white smoke is probably the coolant, you probably just lost your intake manifold gasket and everything burned up.

 

ok thank you ill look into it and see what i can do about it and replace today
