My buddies dad chipped off his old borla system from a charger they had, He said he would sell me the mufflers for 200, lol. I never changed my exhaust on my 2000, I think I would prefer just a little growl on that kitty, unless its boosted like everyone elses. I even wanna quiet down my 07 ss more now ._.;

 

My suggestion would be to go with a fairly quiet muffler (like the Walker Quiet Flow or Dynomax) and replace the resonator with a glass pack. I have the OE mufflers with a 30" Magnaflow glasspack and the car (imo) sounds great. It has a slightly louder idle and purrs like a kitten throughout the rpm range. No resonant drone, no raspy acceleration and no popcorn popping on deceleration. The exhaust combined with the CAI induction sound definitely get a lot of thumbs up cruising the boulevard or the beach.
