Default Cold air intake for an 2007 monte carlo lt

I know for sure ebay has one. I just did the K&N filter and noticed a huge difference in my acceleration and gas mileage.

hey scottw25, iknow it's been a few days since your last post so i don't know if you have seen this butcheck out this thread:
https://montecarloforum.com/m_114493/tm.htm

mavrick has theMPD cold air intake and it looks sweet.kindaexpensive buti'm going to save up and get it in a couple months or so.it's a completely sealed aluminum box with a9" cone stylek&n filter.

Just an FYI for everyone:Ifyou already have a filter, the guy from MPD saidyou maybuy the wholesetup minus the filter for $30 less the asking price.

you could go ebay andsearch fora silicone coupler, wether it's a straight, or 45 degree along with a short piece of aluminum pipe. shouldn't cost much at all. you could probably even find similar materials at a home supply or auto store.

with the mpd cai(cold air intake), you might see a difference. but the idea of a cai, is to get rid of restrictions which in our case is the restrictive flex tube.

mdp all the way because it will help keep the pcm cool while being run and in stop and go traffic the pcm is not very acceptipal to high heat theat the engine can creat mdp's air intake will help out alot and its cheaper than replacing the pcm when it gets to much heat
