You gotta give people longer than 2 minutes at 2am hahaha

I don't think that's a good idea, a Fenderwell Intake or a CAI box would be best.

Well if you're routing it down into the bumper, it isn't really ram air in the traditional sense. Most people think of ram air as a short ram intake, in which the piping of the intake is extremely short, which doesn't really work on these cars as all you're going to do is suck in hot air from the motor (making a hot air intake), and hot air isn't something you want. Like Chibi said, you're better off with a CAI or a fenderwell intake, one of the more popular ones being the Wizaired intake from ZZPerformance:

Do some more research on intakes and how they work so you have a better idea of what you need.

x2, easier to install, and the same power gains as doing all that special work.

what is up about the banned thing ???? other than that i agree with chibba and bumpin about the wizzard or the fender wall rout for cold air. other than that it should be the best i have a simular type from coldair inductions for the 7th gen i have noticed more pep and a little more mph and lower rpm on the speed up, you will enjoy it.

Yeah, Im not sure what the problem is either?? In the other post, I was just adding to the humor (the whole supercharger thing)
I do agree though, he could use the search feature. Not that I can say that too proudly seeing as I really never used to and just blurted out posts and things before I actually did use the search.

The search doesnt work worth a crud. If you dont wan to spend alot right now. Get some plastic piping from menards and a filter and run it into the fender.

I laughed at the first few responses to this threads. Wise ***, but no harm. Just a little ball busting to a newb. That is the pecking order of things...

OP, its hard for anyone to tell you what is right for you. Myself, I'm not a "homemade" kinda of guy. I like things clean and professional looking, but that doesn't mean that is what's best for you. IMO do it right... and research too
