Here's my setup, installed a few weeks ago! Foam is prototype and going to make it out of one solid piece.

Nice! Is that foam to match up with a port on a "ram air" style hood or something?

Yes, exactly! Took me awhile (and slight modification) to get the air box lined up with the hood port but it's functionable !
