Are you in debt because of your MC

RE: Are you in debt because of your MC
The Monte was the first car I didn't pay all cash for. I bought it when I was 20 and I just paid off my 60 month loan last month, in only 24 months
The two previous times I had a car payment I paid the loan off early.
The last one I paid off in 1/2 the time the loan went for.
Then............. I met my girlfriend. [sm=happybounce.gif]
and I've been broke ever since.[sm=boohoo.gif]

hey InTheIROC
...also an 89 iroc owner here, although thinking to sell. anyways i was wishing i'd seen this before i rebuilt mine.. basicly, with stock vortech heads, intake base for vortech, and headers u can have 395tq@3400 and 305hp@4700 as opposed to the stock 330/230 at only a slightly lower rpm. i also recall seeing articles of ppl claiming to of increased mpg after installing vortechs. the only down side is that vortechs dont allow much lift, so in order to run a cam u will likely have to get moddified heads, scoggin-dickey sells em and looks like the best way to go for em. if i keep my iroc, these vortechs are definately next only list, and i think they would not only keep the awesome low end power the irocs have, but make it even better.

Yeah, the Vortec heads are very good for the money. But I already have an LT1 intake that I am planning on using on the next engine. My plan is to stroke the 350 to a 383, Eagle rotating assembly, TrickFlow 23* Twisted Wedge heads and a Comp Cams 218*/218* .454"/.454" hydraulic roller cam with some 1.6 rockers to go with my JetHot coated Hooker headers and LT1 intake with Holley 52mm throttle body. Should be fun
