We may have some jacked up trucks but I cant remember seeing any confederate flags. I think that belongs more southward.

 

I don't know if I'd call that offensive. But I can be sometimes when I say something like: The misspelled "Heros" works because it is more Dale Earnhardt like that way. Waltrip used to say to the press that they could write whatever they wanted about Dale cause Dale and his boys couldn't read.

Heroes > Legends IMO

 

Plenty of confederate flag front license plates here in this part of Pennsylvania.

Interesting thread & question. I've enjoyed reading the pro's & con's by member's.
I was not offended, & I understand your intent to honor Dale `Sr., but I'm not a Hero or a Legend 4-RealSure....From reading about Dale Sr, I can only imagine what he would say (but I can't post it on a family forum: ).

Thanks for posting and asking for member's opinion...I have not reviewed or counted the pro's & con's by our member's, but it's your Monte & your decision 4-Sure.

Hi Spin Em........LEAVE IT!! Any real soldier would not look down on you for this. They have learned to be humble as they know what a REAL problem is. And this is not nothing okay, taking rounds, wondering where the contact is coming from, dead friends, those are real problems. They will be happy to be out and at a car show, enjoying the sun, cars and pretty girls!! I played 09 years 2/321 FA 82nd ABN 13F3P and thats how I feel about that...
