If you really want Pepe Le Pew, go for it. But people might think you have an odor problem or make "your car stinks" jokes.
I see cars with Taz, Bugs Bunny, Tweety, Betty Boop, Mickey Mouse (just to name a few) on them. So if you want something original, you're going to have to come up with something good. Just make sure you think it through before committing. Get friends to help you think of the possible jokes/insults that may come your way. Last thing I would want to do is spend time and money on a theme, only to backfire on you.
(and before anyone else says it...... yes, like the Dale Jr editions that now have the wrong number on them)

But if you insist on a Looney Toons like you mentioned in an earlier post, Elmer Fudd might be kinda funny. You could even get your custom graphix to read, "Monte Carwo"
