rj, the # i called was 1-800-222-1020, posted by submariner on page 2... it's a voice activated system and i just kept saying 'other options' or something similar until it connected me to a person. i did have to enter my phone #.

I did manage to get two other '03 Pace car owners to sell me their extra COA they received from Chevy. Seems someone screwed up and mis-counted production of the Pace cars. (proabably the Sig Series cars too)

So Chevy re-sent out COA to owners telling them their car was now numbered X instead of Y.

I haven't done it yet but I was going to try and get a local company to copy the COA for me, then see if I could manipulate the VIN to our car's.
