Default Replaced hazard switch now my right turn signal won’t work

Here’s a summary, I have an 01 Monte Carlo LS and about a month ago my turn lights stopped working, after trying to fix them my hazards came on and wouldn’t shut off, so I had a to replace the hazard switch control module which is inside the dash.

about two days after putting the new part in my right turn signal stopped working and when the turn lever is in the middle the car makes the turn signal clicking noise rapidly. The only way to stop is to ever so slightly depress the lever and hold it that way, letting it rest on its own will make that clicking noise and same with putting it in the right turn postion, with no arrow on the dash or lights. My left hand side works 100% and my right side worked for two days. Don’t know where to go from here. Thanks

Sounds like the "multifunction" switch (aka, your turn signal wand) has failed. Based on your description, it has a physical hardware failure inside. I would replace it. Side note, I replaced mine. A1 auto has a great video how to do it without pulling the steering wheel. I had the SAME tool they were using to NOT pull the wheel (which the GM service manual tells you to pull the wheel). I had ONE slip and decided, no shortcut and pulled the wheel (don't want to round off a torx screw/bolt).
