Glad to see you got it fixed! I forgot to put a new o-ring after installing my new fuel rails and was not happy to see it spraying out before I even had the chance to start it. I was going to recommend a small pic to get them out, wasn't very fun as I recall. Mine broke as well upon removal.

Either way it's a good feeling to not have anymore fuel leak

Quick Add On..
When Replacing the Fitting and Line Secition with an O.D. style Coupler.. using a Pencil Sharpener to Bevel the edges of the line and a little WD40.. makes it a 5 minute job..
The return line O ring I belive is Dia 3/32 ,I.D.- 3/8, O.D. 9/16 though I believe there are two.
I will add sizes on the Pressure and Return Line if I remember them.

The easiest path is to change the O- Rings... If the Coupler and or Line needs to be changed then look at Available Kits...
Either path is very easy so Dont Stress ... Take your time Bathe ! In That Sense of Accomplishment !
