Default fuel rail leak

Alright, I have been battling this problem for a while. My rear fuel rail has a leak right where the line plugs into it. I have replaced the coupler and o- ring and its still leaking. Is there another o- ring inside there? If so, how do I replace it? Anyone have any input whatsoever?

Quick connect, the line just snaps onto the quick connect. Im going to look again in the morning and see if there are any other o rings on there that just may need replacing. All I can see so far is one...

During what times do you see the leak?

When I press or pull on that coupling. The front one doesn't do it at all even when I do so.
Every now and then I see a drop or two coming from it, but when there's pressure on it (engine cover on) it almost pours out

The quick-connect rails have two o-rings in each line.
