i'd think you'd do a good deal of damage using hte other pcm... heck it might not even crank, i don't know. the timing, the valve settings for opening/closing, will all be different i'm sure. plus it's not tuned to take in that much air. i'd think you're asking for trouble.
keep in mind you can keep the same heads, but you need new fuel rails, new fuel lines,etc... (i think)but if you don't go all the way with the top end swap and do the heads too, you'll need a custom tune...

Well here are some plans I was thinking up a few months back.
If you can locate a decent donor car with the supercharger un the hood. (didn't the Pontiacs get the same engine/trans that the supercharged Montes got?)
I personally would want one with the fewest miles possible.
Pull the entire drive train from the donor car, then do the same with my car. (I'm talking the '03 Pace car here)
The swap should be a bolt in deal.
But besides the PCM, won't you need the ECM (if they came with one) to make the supercharger work correctly in your non-supercharged car.
Plus the other parts Duane mentioned such as the fule line.
One thing here............
I'd measure the diameter of the fuel lines just to make sure.
But you will need the fuel pump from the superchargeddonor car cause that is definately differentthen your's is.
Reasons I haven't gone any farther with these plans.
1. Money.
2. You get in to the "What-If's" with the Pace car.
Well what if it does become a true collector's car?
What if you damage the vaule of it by changing it.
And so on.
