1992 was the only year the made the wood trim Briarwood edition.
if you lucky and find the 84-90 wagoneer those come with wood trim and dual headlights. think that is bad *** look. not all came with wood trim. also in 1993 the grand cherokee made a one year edition called grand wagoneer with wood trim. my neighbor have one i think it's ugly. i love to find a wagoneer or Briarwood but they so hard to find.

I went to the jy today, they have about 20 of the Cherokee's sitting there. 3 had the ohc in them, found 2 wood grain bezels. So you say these are worth getting?

i had a second thought on the wj seats. don't really like it couple reasons. the seat belt clicker is not on the seat track rails, in other word i have to mount on the floor board. the zj just look better and tilting of the back seat is power on the wj it's manual latch.
it's too late now but i should of wait for the zj seat cuz i found one this morning and it's in good condition. here where it got uglyas soon as i unbolt the 2 bolts and use my Mcguyver skill to hot wire the track to move the seat forward, there's no power the motor on the seat track was dead. i was determined that im going to get seat no matter what. i unbolt the four 13mm nuts that hold the seats on the track. i swear that was was pain in the neck. took at least 30 minutes cuz of no room. finally got the seat off and was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off looking for a working motor zj seat tracks. i must at least went thru five zj seat tracks and none are working.
found this last 98 zj. i love the seats on this one but there's a big tear on the corner driver side. the motor work and i was able to slide the seat forward and got all four bolts off and the four nuts off that holding the seats cuz i only need seat track.
when i got home i was testing on the seat to make sure every thing work one of the track doesn't move. oh wow im not very happy. was scratching my head and thought of what would Mcguyver do in this situation. i decide to swap the track rails from the wj to the zj seat. it swap rite on and all power work. the only thing i have to do is drill new hole for the seat belt clicker on the seat frame and call it a day. im tired i'll do the swap tomorrow.

finally done withe zj seats swap. worth the swap so comfortable on the back now.
the driver side was tighter fit than the passenger side. i had to hack up the seat belt cover cuz the seat was hitting on it and won't let the seat slide back. it's no biggie i'll find something to cover up the hole. when the seat is move back the hole doesnt look that back. also the trim is replaceable i'll get another one at the jy if it bother me that much lol.
tomorrow going to stop at joanne fabric to get some camo. got one more trim to do.

Nice wrap job on the bezel. How difficult is it to contort the fabic to follow the bezel's contours and get it to adhere wrinkle free? Are you using a spray on adhesive and then laying the fabric on and pushing it into place? Also do you pre-fit and pre-cut the fabic first and then apply the adhesive? How do you apply the fabric with a squeege, wood roller or what so the glue behing does not bleed through the face of the fabric.

it's actually pretty easy to do. on youtube they recommend to use 3M spray adhesive. i used Permatex, another brand name. didn't do any pre cut out on the bezel. the only pre cut-out i done were the visors. all i did was eye balling the the size of the bezel and cut the the fabric giving it about an inch for all size corners extra so the fabric will cover all the bezels front surface. i spray a good two coats of adhesive and lightly drop the fabric on top then smooth out all the wrinkles with your fingers as much as you can. you going to have some small wrinkles in some certain spots that you unable to press out. no tools are need just your monkey's paws. the fabric i use are pretty durable and no glue seep thru. just got to be careful not too too much spray then glue might seep thru. if it does just wipe off the access glue. the hardest piece of all i done was the headliner. everything else just got easy after. the headliner that size on my jeep i would recommend to have 2 person doing it with lot of lights or during day time outside cuz of lot of wrinkles need to press out and make it easier. i was doing the headliner by myself in the dark garage was kind of making it harder.
i still got lot of camo fabric left might wrap few more trims lol. im thinking of the door handle covers, ash tray lid, glove box latch, and shifter bezels and that should be good unless i can think of more.
