Eh, a recharge on the A/C only works depending how big the leak. In theory, you should never need an A/C recharge. Hopefully Lou, your wife's A/C problem is easy.
My wife's "winter" car (an 05 Impala) had A/C and it failed last fall. Because of how new and nice the car is, i want to see if I can get it working. If I'm lucky, what it needs is a new condenser or something easier (I have to get it to my friend to diagnose). Odds are, it'll be the condenser (as I understand, those fail a lot since they are in an area highly exposed to the elements).
