The lower intake manifold gasket might be where you are getting the water leaking from. Either that or the head gaskets. I cant tell where you are saying the water is coming from in the photo.

it's got water in the exhaust, must need a headgasket. I think I can do the work myself unless I need some kind of special tools. do you no how much all the gaskets are? anyone make a full set for it? this is a in frame job right?
