Monte Carlo Competition

I don't think your necessarily wrong. Hell, maybe I'm wrong. I don't know if they would compete with each other. Perhaps they were just added to try to boost sales from brand loyalists? Weren't some more optioned than others based on the brand they fell under?

Yeah, they're called Challengers. And the "luxury" Charger is called a 300, and the hatchback Charger is called the Magnum.

As Chibi mentioned way ealier, I think the Toyota Solara is major competition....
My sister has a 99 Solara, and while the newer ones are look different (and are way uglier IMO) they are still about the same size, with similar power and features as the 99.....
Solara's are in the same class...NOT sports cars, but luxury coupes....many similar features, and V6 power is pretty close...Although my Monte takes my sisters Solara SLE V6 by 3 car lengths!
I'm not a fan of foreign cars, but I do think the Toyota is a direct competitor for its size, feature, and power....Same goes for the Honda Accord!
