Mirror Got Hit

Mirror Got Hit
So my brother hit my mirror with his van and scratched it up. My concern is that it was definately deformed, what does it connect to? It is plastic so it seems unlikley it bent, but rather whatever it connects to bent (you cannot tell it bent really, but when I got in the car it had obviously been bent). What are the chances I can just buy a new stock mirror and replace?
And any recommendations for where to get one?
How hard is it to get it torn down to see if the mirror connection just bent or the frame its connected to, and replace myself?
Thanks!

if u buy new i'd get a pair and do both. dont skimp on em either. aftermarket ones tend to rattle after a while . i'd get one outa a boneyard or ebay used for a stock one. that way its worn a lil and matches closer. brand new one one side and used on the other just looks like you dont care. in which case.. get a honda

Ok I FINALLY got in there and have one main question. I see a lot of mirrors refer to heated/non-heated. What is stock? I want pretty much exact same! Looks like it will be easy enough to replace. Now I have a bigger problem with leaking coming back, but I will create a new thread for that
Is something like this going to work just fine? Not stock but obviously looks the same: http://www.ebay.com/itm/03-04-05-CHE...ht_1428wt_1026
Think I am going to hold off on buying mirrors for now, rip it off next weekend and make sure I can't just bend it back into place. It's a bit scratched and would like to replace them but my car needs plenty of work a new mirror won't be a huge deal. Car just needs replacing before toooo long :x

Just wanted to follow up. Lots of vacation coming up and want to get my car back in shape.
Are the stock mirrors heated or not?
1- Mirror replacement
2- Fix short in rear-view mirror lighting
3- Fix finicky and burnt bulb in climate control panel
4- Fix leaking cabin air filter
5- Get a millionth radiator service
6- Fix short in lighting on my double-din converter
Long list

1- Mirrors; I found pairs from A1Auto for like $85, doubt they are stock but they look good enough and dealer seems to have good ratings. Question is, heated or non heated?

It depends on your car.
Check your list of RPO codes (on the trunk, or the door jam) and look for DK5. If you see that when you hit your rear defroster the mirrors should also heat up.
