I've Been A Bad, BAD Boy

The paint on the Bud Chev is taking a pounding these day, though you have to be up close to notice. I don't worry about it though - I call it the "raced-in" look. Makes it even more authentic

Hey Brent! Don't drive the Bud Chev through Windsor anytime soon then. Every major street in the city is currently under construction. And full of gravel and stuff.
The city has a deadline by the government to get all their road projects done before a certain date. Or else the city doesn't get their funding for road projects.
It's ruined the evening and weekend cruising. All the car buffs are leaving their classics and such stored away. The weekly classic car meets have moved to neighboring towns.
I noticed a couple new paint chips on my Monte while washing it a couple days ago. One on the passenger door, above the stripes. And one on the gasoline door.
Amy, my hood and front bumper are so filled with stone chips, I'm seriously considering getting them re-painted too. My car got stone damaged because the GM dealership it was at still had a gravel lot. (Three years of having stones fired at it by people driving through the lot.)
But I'm worried about the color matching after it's painted. The hood and bumper would have new paint, and the rest of the car would be 2004. You really have to trust the paint matching skills of the painter.

Fortunately my Fiance's best friend works in a body shop and did a darn good job matching the silver paint - which IMO is probably the hardest color to match.

Well I got my front end cover today (sorry don't like calling it a bra LOL - my cars are he's). I have to wait till it's sunny out to put on the nose piece. I put on the hood piece no problem. Still a little to cold here to put on the rest.

I got a full bra for my car too but also noticed it doesnt seem to fit quite right underneath...even though i was told it was compatible with what I have...so I went ahead and removed the lower half and left the top half...it looks better with just the top half but with all the driving i do the bumper is taking a beating...
