I agree with everything Chibi said in his initial post. Your engine compartment doesn't look too bad, looks like a thorough clean and detail will get it looking nice. To add, the blue Shop Towels work great for cleaning and detailing; that's what I use. Try cleaning up the headlights with a fine sand and buff (to remove some of the yellowing/fading) or buy another set. At this point there's quite a few styles of aftermarket headlights but quality is hit or miss. Also, remove that dealer sticker on the trunk (and the little square GM badges on the front fenders if you still have those).
