If they don't pay for it, I hope they settle on a good value. As I understand, you keep your cars tip-top.

That sucks for sure! The insurance company will want to total it, but don't settle with them cause you might have an injury?!?!?! Which usually doesn't show up right away.

Man chief, that is a tough hit to take. Lucky the wheel assembly did not get caved in too. That repair is going to take a minute, may need a quarter panel from a junk yard Monte. Going to be a pricy repair or good bye Monte... I think drivers should have to submit for an I.Q. test. To think we have to trust some dullard out there just bumbling through traffic with our vehicles and lives. So sad to see your Monte get jacked up like this, now we await fates dealing of the cards...

Was 'swiped by the front bumper of a Dakota. Speed was maybe 20. Had time to hit the horn and tried flooring it to get out of the way but not fast enough,. Would have got the door too if I slowed down or speed was kept same.
Think I'm looking at settling for an amount and take it back, drive it until I find a replacement, talking with the agent tomorrow. Known him since he was a baby.

I reviewed my dash cam video. Other dude did not even signal.
Well, filing insurance claims is changed is the last 7 years. Call my longtime agent and they call headquarters and hand me off to a call center. What's the world coming to?
