we have a 05 monte carlo ls as well. hubby got the ss factory headlight/ fog light switch from our local parts yard and also got the ss fog lamps as well. he already built the harness from the lights and wired it to the new switch. just want to know for sure on how to wire it in. what color wires i guess are for what? we know we could wire in a new switch, kwe would like to just use the factory one if possible. Help please!

OEM

As far as bulbs go, if you go the OEM route, do NOT be afraid to use 899's instead of 880's. The 37.5W is quite noticeable over the 880's 26W.
