3800 Engine Cover Removal

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but this one seems to be the most relevant...
So I just repaired a fuel line on my dad's 2000 Bonneville. As I was giving the engine bay a good once over, I found that the old filler *tube* was loose. It is basically just sitting in the hole. After closer inspection I found that whoever last removed the oil filler tube had stripped the little "nub" that secures the filler tube to the valve cover.
My dad has put over 260k well maintained miles on this car and it still runs like a champ. I would hate for for something stupid to happen like the filler tube popping out while he's driving and debris or something getting into the engine.
The pic below shows points to what I need. Is this a replaceable part? If so, what is it called or what is the part number?

@Mobil1 - This would have been best as it's own thread.
The nub is part of the valve cover. You have to replace the valve cover to solve that problem. Check if it is part of a current recall, which would replace the valve cover, that may be the quick solve to your issue.
