My 04 has power seats up front. I've never heard of one power and one manual before. You should just be able to splice the wires from the driver side into the passenger though.

My guess is that the power line is all ready there. If not, like was said, should be an easy splice.
There is only one bolt on each of the front seats, and it is on the back outside corner. The front has hooks that catch . Unbolt the seats (all metric, of course), lift up on the back of the seat, and slide it back to un hook the front, then just lift up and out. Hint: unbolt the seat before you disconnect the power to the seat, as it was easier for me to get to the connector with the seat slid back, which covers the bolt.
The back seat has 5 bolts. The bottom you just lift firmly on the front and it is out, but when re-installing, take off the rubber boots on the tabs and install them first before putting the seat back in, makes life MUCH easier. The back has 3 hard to get to bolts under the seat back bottom. I believe the seat belts are also fastened with these bolts, don't remember. The other 2 are on top at the corners, visable. The back comes out a little hard, but it comes out.
Now your rear window tray is accesable, and if you wanted to dye it black like I did, now is the time. I think there are 2 clips under the tray holding it in. The speaker grilles I painted matte black. The rear carpet can now come out also, which I also dyed black. I also removed the center seat belt on mine, making it more comfortable for any rear passengers, which is almost never. I also removed the child seat mounts on top, with the intent of re-covering the rear window tray, but it didn't happen yet.
Hope this helps.

The motor is attached at the seat track. You unbolt the track at the floor and both track (motor) and seat will come out of the car. Look for an electrical plug-in usually at the back of the seat to un-plug so the seat can be removed from the car.

In 2006 anyways the Monte only came with a power driver seat and manual pass seat. The Impala came with both power bucket seats. Wonder if it's possible to locate an Impala with the titanium interior like my Monte has for the power pass seat cause I'd like my car to have it.

Like already mentioned, the seats them selves should physically bolt right up since the unibodies are basically the same for 04 and 06. But I'm wondering if your original 06 front seats have the side airbags in them. If so, I would check the wire harnesses to see if they're compatible. Since the 04 leather seats didn't have the airbags.

Question to anyone who knows: If the airbags in the front seats are not plugged in, will that generate an error code?
