I am considering buying stockblack leather seats ft and back from an 04 monte will they fit my 06 ???

 

No clue on the rears, but with the fronts you can always make an adapter.

 

My guess is since both cars are pretty much the same car, no reason the seats won't from one won't fit the other.

I know a few '00-05 owners have posted they installed '06 parts on their cars without modifications.

 

I'd also guess that they would fit.

 

My only concern would be with the contour of the rear seat. I'm almost positive it will drop right in, but positive enough to put my rep on the line.

 

Ok I have another question. How hard is this project if everything lined up.

 

You've got the seats setting in your drive waiting to be installed, maybe a couple hours time.

The bucket seats just unbolt. And there's probably a couple bolts holding the bottom cushion of the back seat in.

If your car has a fold down rear seat the back cushion of the backseat will have pivot points that means bolts some place that need to be removed so the cushion can be extracted from the car.

 

The front seats have the 4 bolts but also the wiring harness for electric heating and seat adjustment.

The rear simply popped out for me when I was doing spring cleaning just by pulling up from the back.

I would assume the same bolt pattern. I don't think dimentions were really changed for that. It allows easier mass production.
