Start your car.

its been awhile since last on, but i tryed that too and it doesnt work for me either. i can get the light to shut off if i unhook the battery for a min then when i hook it back up the light is off. so why is it that the light switch or the radio wont reset the light when it comes on?

I have an aftermarket radio, so instead of putting the old radio in and resetting it. I turn the ignition on, not starting vehicle, then depress the gas pedal 3 times. It also resets your oil life as well.

Might be un-helpful but I'm trying to get my 5 post minimum out of the way cause I'm a new guy. Instead of getting a new stereo you can get an adapter that plugs in the back of your stock stero for around $215. I did this in my '04 Dale Jr. edition because to keep my steering wheel controls and get a decent stereo it was gonna be about $400. Best Buy has these and the install is included in the price. You get a hook-up for an iPod, a normal AUX chord and it also gives you HD radio. I did this not just for the cost but to also to keep control of all my options through my radio. So if you got the extra cash this is a much better way to go than a new stereo. To select between your radio/xm/cd/ipod/aux2 all you do is push the band button. It's a pretty nice piece of technology.

I guess it will say low when you have too much air.
The stock pressure vs "20" pressure. Is there a way to tell computer 40-45psi is OK?

It will say low if one tire is 5 pounds less than another.

Chibi, I think you are answering a question I was gonna ask. My stock prressure is suppose to be 32, my Falkens are 50 max, so I run them about 45. So as long as they are all within 5 it will work? Really doesnt matter but I have one that goes out while highway driving. I think I will just save up and order 4 new since they are all about through their lifespan I think.

50 max means when they are hot, air inside expands. 32 is for the cold pressure run. I would run that, because the overinflation could just run out the middles of the tires and not the sides and you'll get barely any life out of them.

I tried the gas petal method with no success. I will try the light switch tomorrow and if that don't work will do the radio method. Right now my factory radio is just OK, still debating on wether I should change out with a Sony. Is there anyway to keep use of the radio functions without spending a ton of money?
