The only problem is that i dont have 500$ right now. Its not leaking where it leave a pool of fluid you know? Is it going to be safe to drive about 5 miles a day for a few weeks?

just keep an eye on the fluid and you'll be fine for a while, i drove mine with just about everything leaking(front and rear seal and pan gasket) for almost 2 years just checked it every few days and toped off when needed, just get a large cookie sheet and when you park it toss it underneath to keep the driveway clean

part of the reason the th200 from my car isn't going back in, for what i would have into it rebuilding it i can get a new one, plus i am going manual T56

The leak isnt bad at all. just friggin ANNOYING lol. And i have a small oil pan i toss under neath it every night. Also its IN my garage now. I'm getting it ready for some por15 undercoat since my winter beater plan went to crap so i have to drive the monte =/ then starting in the spring i'm going to get ready for a 350 swap and possibly a rebuild for the 200trans. maybe by then ill have enough experience to do all this. then the last thing id like is to paint my faded hood and bumper and the monte is all set. until the next thing breaks lol
