Default Torque Converter? On LS4

I am noticing a slight irritation when driving the Deuce.

Seams when driving at 75 when I hit a slight incline she "Stumbles" I mean a slight jerk and increase of RPMs of about 1,000 RPM

When driving on a level plane at about 75 when accelerating I feel a "Grind" in the steering wheel like a vibration

What I have checked so far.

Trany fluid color = is good
Trany fluid level = Is Good
Checked to see if she is throwing any codes = No codes thrown

Asked Diablo Lew if maybe I needed a tune adjustment he said it looked to be a Torque converter because a tune just doe not "Untune" itself.

Any thought friends? Thanks!

Any Idea how much this costs to fix?

Dealer called they suspect a dying pressure solenoid.

They want to drop the pan inspect if there is any debris in it. If it is clean they will just replace the solenoid and not rebuild - If they find metal debris they will call me

Cost is going to be $1,400 for just the solenoid replacement
