Welcome to MCF Mondo!!! Love those Dale Jr's!!!
For the supercharged oil I've also heard that you don't need to change it either. No filter on the supercharger either. All you need to do is check the level and fill it if needed.
If you want to, you can take out the filler bolt and put a small turkey baster in there and siphon some out or take the whole friggin supercharger off and empty it.
BTW this fluid stinks. You do not want to get it on you.

When I did it on my gp, I got one of those disposable soap dispensers from my house (it was out of soap and we were just gonna pitch it)- the flexible tube on it (as long as you get one thats long enough) makes it easy to pump out most of the old fluid- and you can just pump it straight into the soap bottle.
To get to the oil- you have to remove that black screw on the s/c snout- the one with the hex driver hole in the middle- its on the front side of the snout.
You say you're planning to 'upgrade' your supercharger- do you mean send it in to get ported or something? In that case, you could always wait until you pull it off, and just pop the whole snout off and clean it real well (replace the coupler while you're in there)- instead of bothering with it on the car.
But if you don't think you're gonna do that for a bit- I would go ahead and change it.
As already stated, the supercharger oil has no change interval. Most important thing is that it is full.At your Monte's mileage I would change it if it were mine. The supercharger holds 8 oz. of GM part #12345982 supercharger oil. Like 04 Intimidator said...It stinks bad!!!!!!!
I have a 2004 Dale Jr and I just recently replaced supercharger oil in mine. Yes it did smell nasty..
I don't think I tightened the giant black hex screw tight enough. I think I had to use a little T27 screw driver. I can only tighten it so much by hand. When I drive and pop my hood while I'm parked somewhere, I inspect it. And some seems to be leaking very slowly out the sides of the hex screw. Is this because its not tight enough? I fill it to the filler neck just at the bottom of it. I dont think i overfilled.. Did I? What could be causing it to leak?
