I have a 01 ,monte ss. It is the 3800 engine with no supersharger. If I found a monte with a supercharger in a boneyard can I bolt it on to my car or is there a lot to change

That is what would be required to make the switch. Basically you would need your computer tuned, and everything from the heads up on that engine. Plus some tweaks to your engine harness.
