I had a similar problem with my Beretta. Turned out it was a crack in the intake manifold...it's plastic...no joke. Over about 3-4 mos I would have to add dexcool. I still don't know why the evaporation occured. As my grandpa would say "a mystery of science."

Thanks for all the responses! I know the taste of Dexcool or Anti freeze. Also, I keep checking levels & they seem to be fine.

I do like this car...
I'm an old school Chevy Guy & have a few from the '60s & '70s. Don't care much
for the newer engines, sensors & computer...

I would think if it was a head gasket - you would see anitfreeze in the oil - or there would be a vapor burning-off in the exaust...
