Default Spider Gears


This is the output housing

Can someone please tell me what these is I was told spider Gears I don't know tho. I don't know how I did it but my output housing on my transmission had busted and my mechanic said I was missing a gear. I'm looking for friend to let me know exactly what's going on and if I should have to buy another gear

Can someone please tell me if I'm missing a gear that goes into my transmission I have pic . My output housing had a big hole in it and we went to fix the piece that when my mechanic said that I was missing a gear looking for a friend .pls help me

Unless you broke that with a floor jack or something similar you should save yourself some time and money by looking for another transmission.

I'd suggest you just create one thread in the future. Starting 3 separate threads won't get you any better of an answer.

In terms of the gears/shaft, those are pieces of the differential. There's not nearly enough info to understand what happened. I've seen similar failures before but they were typically because a person did a big 1 wheel burnout that toasted the diff. To get any real info, you need to have a qualified person pull the trans and open it up to see what's broken.

Even if you found all of the pieces, something went seriously wrong to break the diff cover and barf diff pieces out. Its pretty unlikely that absolutely nothing else was damaged from this event. Regardless, you're going to need to clean all of the pieces out of the trans anyways.
