I cant find the write up... so Ill try my best haha.
Ok so your going to want to wedge a flathead screwdriver in the outer edge of the bushing and spray in some wd40 all around. Now take off the dogbones completely, but put back in the bolt and nut, and tighten it all the way back up, and make sure it is TIGHT.
Now your going to want to put a wrench on the nut, and the other side of the bolt, and pull them both toward you until the bushing turns in its slot, you want the rubber part horizontal in there, not vertically as it was. . If you lubed it enough its very easy and quick to do. Put it all back together and take it for a drive, you will notice it especially on start up. Hope this helps!!!
