Yes, I saw that.
The reason I mention it again is because after he checked the wiring and reset the code it didn't come back right away. Chances are if it was a problem with the O2 itself the CEL would have illuminated again after he cold started the vehicle for the second time. I'm thinking a loose/dirty/corroded connection or frayed wire that is making/breaking the circuit because of vibration.

The O2 is probably going bad. I've had that code twice on my Honda (when I let it sit and idle to warm up). I agree with Chibi, get an ACDelco sensor. And it's not that bad to change IIRC, look at the top of your rear exhaust manifold, should be right there (might be a PITA to get it loose though). Good luck!

I think I see it, looks like a bit of a pita to get to has a kind of chunky metal tube going to it. Also cleared the light again and it hasn't come back, but I know I probably should replace it.

The metal tube looking thing is the outside of the sensor IIRC. I think there's a huge nut that holds it in place, you may want to hit it with some PB Blaster before you go to take it off, and no worries about ruining the O2 as it's bad anyway lol
