Rocker Arm Bolts

Rocker Arm Bolts
Does anyone know where I can get individual rocker arm bolts for a 2003 3.4 LS? I have checked with GM, and so far the dealership is telling me that I have to buy the whole rocker arm just to get the bolts. I called the local junkyards and they all said that they do not tear the cylinder heads down that far.

I saw on a different website that ARP had metric rocker arm STUDS. But they are different than the ones on the 3.4. They are studs instead of bolts. I'm going to try a different dealership tomorrow. I'm thinking that they might have just been trying to get more money out of me. The dealership that I called was the one here in town. I think I'll try a different one tomorrow.

Called another dealership. Same thing. They only sell the bolts with the rocker arm and pivot in a kit. ZZP sells the bolts in groups of 12. I found a junkyard an hour and a half away that will sell the rocker arm assembly for $2 each. I'll probably just go that route. The junkyard is halfway between my house and parents', so my Dad will stop and get the bolts on his way to my house this weekend. What a pain in the neck! I'll post pictures of the Frankenstein type setup that someone had done on my rocker arms when I get home from work tonight.

Aren't those rocker bolts Torque to Yield? Meaning they can only be torqued once?
I'm going to be replace the LIM gasket on my 02 3.4l LS. As it was done 40k miles ago at the dealer, and it's now been leaking oil past the RTV sealant.
I was thinking of using that special tool to remove the push rods without having to unbolt the rocker arms. But thought about loosening them and retorquing them to make sure they are torqued properly. But then read they were TTY bolts, and didn't want to strip one out. As I'm not sure if the dealer used that special tool or unbolted the rocker arms when they did the LIM gasket. As some have had problems with the rocker bolts ripping the threads out of the head and coming loose because the tech had torqued the bolts too tight.
