Default Problem with 1984 Monte

1984 Monte, 4.3L. Fuel pump has no power. If I put gas into throttle body, it starts, for a second, until that gas runs out. I took off the fuel pump, put in a new one. Checked the plug, plug had no power. So I want to check the relay but I don't know where it's at, and can't find any info about it anywhere. Please help.

Thanks

no relay box in a 4th gen, check your fuses it's under the dash on the driverside right by the e brake, and your wiring under the hood, somthing could have corroded
