im not uptodate with hptuners.com.... but i personally have one of the three DHP powertuners made for the 3.4L DOHC there are many out there already for the 3400, 3100, and 3800 NA and SC i know from experience that it works. its no easy to use, but its not difficult either. a basic user can still get a good bit of power out of their car by using spread sheets they have on their forum. for the most power i would recomend a dyno tune. but i personally want to have more experience with the tuner before i take it to a shop and have them play with it...just incase they have problems finding settings.

the posibitlites are near endless with this tuner. you can optomize for better mpg or more power or inbetween. again you dont need to calibrate for preimium gas either. i personally say my car runs better on mid grade. but if you scan and find KR you might be better off with premium... cause your car wont over richen the AF and you'll end up saving gas! it is a great diagostic tool for finding probs.... it replaces things like O2 sims, fan timers, TPS signal boosters, and a/f computers. because you just now need to write it into the PCM instead of useing another 40-100 dollar part to trick the car.
