oil pressure sender/sensor

Alright getting a code for this, intermittently my oil pressure gauge doesn't work. Prob need to replace this to pass inspection too. Where is this located?

going by your pic i am assuming its a 00-05. not sure what engine you have but if its a 3800 its on the passenger side by/on the oil filter neck.

Oh that's prob good info to share haha. I'm used to posting on another forum where everyone knows what I have.

You are correct it's a 2000 with a 3.8. Thank you very much!

I just changed mine, but i have the 5.3. Mine was on top of engine, a lil to the right by the throttle body, you need a special socket for it I believe, even for the 3800
