oil pressuer sender helpppppp

Exclamation oil pressuer sender helpppppp

Can some body please help me locate this oil pressure sender so that gauge will work i cant seem to find it and the wire is just hangin i have a 85 ss with a 350 on it pix will also help me out to thanks monte carlo family

It's supposed to be behind the distributor. Could be a little hard to access. Might need a mirror to see it.

Heres the picture you asked for of the position/location of the oil sending unit. Even though its not a pic of your Monte Carlo... The location is the same!

Hey thanks for the repley but i was told that there are three places that control the oil pressure and i see two of them i see the one under the distributor and that is a 4 wire like plug and the other one is on the drive side under the intake man. But there is one more that goes to a canister like plug and i cant seem to find it i starting to belive it was removed and i need to find out where that goes to ill take some pix later on today so u can get a idea of what im.talking about

This is the oil sending unit im looking for and they say its by the oil filter but its not there n my car

Sweet thanks alot stumpmi i can see it perfectly i have one more question are they in the same spot for a 305 and the 350 because have a 350 and if i dont see it there do u thnk it might be sonewhere else???

Hey guys so i found out where my oil sending unit is and its not under the distru. Is by the oil filter right next to the intake manifold and the crazy thing is that i dont end have one pluged n there but. Want to thank you guys for thw help ill pos a pix of where mne is
