Default OBDII code 0171

I have a 2001 Monte 3.4 200,000 miles. Yes I said 200,000 miles. Recent repairs, new Catylitic converter, new MAF sensor, rebuilt tranny. It now shows a P0171 code. Any guesses?

I found this:

A problem with the new MAF sensor maybe.

Check the connection on the MAF, also the PCM.

Thanks for the suggestions. The fix (I hope) turned out to be fairly simple. Some Rodent (a red squirrel?) tried making a nest in the air filter box shredding a 3" x 6"section in the air filter. The paper was sucked through the wire supporting mesh of the filter and jammed in the MAF screen. Cleaned the MAF, Airfilter box and replaced the filter. Cleared the code andI am waiting to see if that takes care of it. Glad I checked it prior to taking it into the shop. Now I have to get me a squirrel or some free flowing wire mesh (Hardware Cloth) to fit the intake opening. Thanks again for the suggestions.
