you also need the heads and intake for the 04 motor.
if you dont mind me asking what did you pay for the S/C

as faras the intercooler it is somethign that you would have to just dig for it.
Might beabel to get one out of a diffrent car or diffrent year car etc....

Big job to do a top swap to supercharge your 3800... search "top swap" on here, or on clubgp, and you'll be able to dig up a parts list.

Good luck!

thats exactly what i did, and for that all you need is their lower intake manifold modified for it, and their billter fuel rails for the ss m90 kit....o ya and the special pulley since the kit runs off only one belt

just the 4.0 pulley that i started on i felt a huge gain

would still like to knwo what he has got in to it when he is done with it. Im still debating on either a turbo or a S.C.
both would do what i want as a end result.

If you plan on putting it on your engine, then you'll need all this too: (taken from WBStore)
[*]L67 Heads (Pair)[*]L67 Fuel Rails[*]L67 Fuel Injectors[*]L67 Pullies (2 idlers and one crank)[*]L67 Supercharger and throttle body (Superchargers are inspected for wear and coupler play and are waranteed for 90 days/ Boost bypass included)[*]L67 MAP sensor and MAP sensor bracket
L67 Lower Intake Manifold
L67 Valve Covers (pair)[*]L67 Coil Bracket
All necessary vacuum line, bolts, and accessories for the job

Its a pretty tough job. You can do it with the SS kit from ZZP too, but that'll just bea bit more pricey.

No- its not a requirement. Under $1k for a complete water-air IC is cheap. You can buy just the core under that- but it will be tough to get a whole system together with lines, a pump, radiator, etc for that price.

You can no longer buy one (although there should be one in clubgp's classifieds right now used unless it sold). The guy stopped making them.

Its not worth it anyways unless you have a heavily built setup- and even then there are a lot of problems w/ the kit.
