Ok i didnt wanna start another thread on this but here's a vid of the annoying noise im getting... i dont even know how to describe it lol

I hated that noise! Mine did it too, I thought it was the tensioner on mine but it ended up being the power steering pump making that noise, as weird as it sounds. I think mine was a unique case though. Hope you get it figured out and fixed!
cant be the PSP because it didnt do it before the swap lol and this tensioner is from the L26 motor.. i knew i shouldve kept my old one

it would've been better than spending $100 or so on a new one

First - CONGRATS! Glad it's back together!
Second - Before you do ANYTHING, take the belt off and free spin the pulleys by hand. A noise like that you should hear/feel it when spinning them. I think it's a tension issue. If it's the tensioner pulley, that's CHEAP, but if it's the entire tensioner, that will cost a little more. In that case, find one in a junk yard. My experience is they rarely fail.
