Just replaced the two Shift Solenoids, EPC Solenoid, TCC Solenoid and the Manifold Pressure Switch While unplugging one of the shift solenoids i broke off the plug clip going to use a zip tie so it wont unplug itself lol
now i have to go buy both trans gaskets and some paint to freshen it up haha
have to clean it first, hopefully this cures my hard shifting

also found all the torque specs on Triple edge website, really good info on there

Man I really wish I could replace my solenoids. I have the same hard shifting problem, but to fix it is so expensive.

not if you do it yourself
i think its possible if you lower your cradle a few inches then you can get the front cover of the trans off, the solenoids are really easy to remove, theyre just held in place by small metal clips that slide out
of course your going to need new pan and side cover gaskets, new fluid and filter, you shouldn't spend more than $200 if your replacing the 5 that i did i spend $90 on the solenoids, they're bosch and ac delco brands
