ZZ performance has both the short stack and full size.
ZZPerformance - Intercooler #ZZ-FSIC-38
(the full size intercooler has a S2 on it. As far as I know the ZZ full sized is the same as the stage 2)
w-body has a what they call a stage 2: Intercooling - W Body Store
Thrasher also handles one: Intercooler for 3800 Eaton M90 - Thrasher Engineered Performance
