ok i got it to start, i was charging it using my gf car and when i tried it still didnt start....i gave it a rest but when i took the trash out i thought eh why not and it started its long crank then started.....still thinking down the road should i change it

I think the starter is bad. My sons car was rolling over slowly for a few months then it wouldnt crank at all. The starter tested good at autozone but didnt have the power to crank the car.

Put your battery on a deep cycle overnight charge if you have a charger that can do this. If she just fires your car right up the next morning, I would bet your battery is in need of replacement pretty soon. Cold and hot weather wreck havoc on a battery.

Like Maniac I too have seen a battery still power lights and such, but not have enough reserve power to energize the starter and make it properly operate.

Yup did it again this morning hopped in and click... like last time Starter engaged but didn't spin. And i got a right connection on battery....

I'm tellin' ya, sounds like battery..... You can pull the battery and take it to the parts store. They can charge then test it....

Imma do that tomorro, I took the starter to have it tested and it passed, they said it could be dirty connection cause the starter was filthy. I didn't clean the whole thing jus wiped off the connections on the starter and put it back on then bam started right up. I will test the battery tomorro if that's good then I just don't know what to do after that. Will keep posted
