This is the APN UIM kit recommended by the Bonneville crowd. I have not used it myself, but I've read good things. The only issue I've heard is that the ZZP HV3 addon may not fit (but if you don't have interest in a ZZP HV3, then don't worry about it).
APN Link --> GM Intake Manifold Kit
The APN kit comes with all the Upper Intake needs and has re-enforcement where it counts.
Then hit RockAuto for the FelPro lower intake gaskets. As for the elbows, do some research. Dorman plastic ones got a bad rap (specifically last year or so) for pushing out (word on the street was the O-rings were not thick enough). I had it sadly happen to me. I am currently riding on genuine GM elbows. Yes, they are different then the $5 Dorman's (you can see it comparing the two side by side). Is it worth the cost diff, I honestly can't say. Dorman also now makes metal elbows. I believe a couple members are running those ones happily.
