Default important question

The guy who offered me this 87 monte carlo wants $1200 for it,
Its a T-top with no motor but it comes with a ground effects kit, a cowl induction hood, camaro iroc z rims and a fully rebuilt automatic transmission. He says its a good deal but i would like other peoples opinions please, so post what you think.

Welcome to the site. I'm not seeing any pics at the moment but I think 1200 sounds like an ok price depending on the condition. A lot of those g body cars had rust issues along the rear frame rails behind the real wheels so id look into that Also if the ground effects are installed I would try to check out that area as well. They trap dirt and water which creates rust. As long as you have the tools and ability to get a motor and install it yourself I say go for it.
