Help with 3 pillar gauges
Good afternoon everyone... I am ordering the 3 pillar gauge for the Monte... My question is, I will definately need a boost gauge for a future mod, what should the other 2 be? I have an SS and already have the standard gauges in dash... Also, and this may sound dumb, but do I need 2 1/16" electronic or mechanical gauges?... One more thing, where can I get them cheap? Any advise would be appreciated...

If you have deep enough pockets, use aeroforce interceptor gauges. If your going boost, the knock retard is a great one that only the aeroforce gauges have. But they are variable, so you decide after installing what you want displayed there. A 3 pod seems excessive to me - a tad unnecessary. But if gauges are what you like, all the power to ya.
You'll want electronic gauges. Mechanical is complex and pretty near impossible on the pilar

Most functions can be read from the computer through the OBDII port. Which takes most of the work out of wiring. You just need to run a cable through the dash to the port. At least that's how the Aeroforce works. I have a wireless OBDII interface that I can access with my iPhone/iPad and pull up countless different gauges (tho not KR)
