Default Fixed - Halfway through some upgrades - is this normal???

Well tonight I decided to get into the engine and swap out the stock plugs and wires. So far I have only done the front half, and put some minor abrasions and bruises into my hands doing so.

I did the front wires - PRJ's, and the plugs are NGK's. The question I had, is when I started it up to move the car back to its normal parking spot - the sun has dropped and the mosquitos are busy attacking my exposed areas for a blood feast - the engine was very rough at idle, and shook a little bit as I moved it about 15-20 feet or so to its parking spot. Will this go away when I put in the other 3 matched plugs and wires? Or is there something I missed with the three I did put in.

The wires are seat on both the plugs and the coil firmly.

I appreciate any opinions. Thanks in advance.

went out and checked the wires and coils again this am, yep it was a switched pair of 3 and 5.

runs as it should now.

I thought I did these as 1 wire/1 coil at a time. guess one wasn't.
