swap in 4t80e for the 4t65e put in z7 or stattama kit u could easily be at 450-500whp for about 6-7 grand.

Default Monte Carlo 3.8 swap supercharger

ok so I had a 00 3.8 supercharger Buick regal I took the motor out and put it in a 00 3.8 Monte Carlo now it starts runs drives, but only 1 code pulling up it's because my map sensor has no where to go what do i do with it how do i fix this. please help!

Best if you start a new thread instead of piggy backing on an old one.
I believe the Supercharger (L67) has the MAP closer to the throttle body unlike the non-supercharged (L36). Should be a mater of find it and reroute the wiring to plug it in. And I believe the L67 uses a 2 bar MAP and the L36 uses a 1 bar MAP. So you need the MAP sensor for that engine.

Right, the L36 map plugs directly into the intake manifold..

The L67 map needs to be connected to the same vac/boost line as the lower intake manifold. If you did the swap then its most likely there is nowhere to put the MAP and youll need to mount it somewhere and T off the main vac line and connect it in.
